    Vice President of Marketing:

    We are currently searching for a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to join our senior management operating team. The Vice President of Marketing develops product and market strategies that position the company to achieve long-term growth, while exceeding annual revenue and profit goals. The person in this position will identify and assess new markets, product and technology opportunities, and ensure resources are in place to drive the marketing strategy and capitalize on opportunities.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Serve as a key and active member of the senior management operating team
    • Develop a cohesive, company-wide marketing strategy, including e-commerce, wholesale, and PR (earned & paid media)
    • Continue to develop the voice, look, and feel of FASHIONABLE - a responsible lifestyle brand
    • Provide leadership for the development of strategic marketing plans, including objectives and strategies for target markets
    • Drive efforts with product and business development to define an overall product and technology portfolio strategy that will support the long-term growth of the organization
    • Ensure the development of strategic product roadmaps and corresponding marketing plans
    • Lead the process for identifying trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace, including the process of obtaining and disseminating competitive intelligence across all markets and product lines
    • Analyze existing products and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and sustain or grow profitability
    • Monitor business metrics including revenue, profitability, market share and product portfolio mix. Communicate these metrics to the senior management team
    • Develop and define effective sales channels of all products
    • Establish metrics for the measurement of marketing program effectiveness
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget
    • Responsible (in collaboration with the Controller) for the development of the company’s revenue forecast
    • Develop and provide leadership for a high-performing product management team to drive the execution of strategic marketing plans
    • Responsible for management of the marketing team, providing coaching, leadership, and assistance with resources and strategy development

    Your Background:

    • BA/BS Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or related field required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
    • 10+ years marketing experience; 5+ years in a leadership position
    • Experience with strategic planning and collaboration with executives, sales, product development, and key operational groups
    • Proven record of leadership and managing a marketing division with global responsibility
    • Proven success and track record as an individual contributor and manager who has grown top-line results
    • High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness, with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to develop and manage a team, emphasizing accountability and exceeding expectations
    • Strategic, critical, and creative thinker with a strong business sense, high attention to detail, and excellent financial analysis skills
    • Ability to lead, create, and work within a cross-functional team setting
    • Senior level marketing professional with a proven track record of success

      Inventory Control Analyst:

      We are currently searching for an Inventory Control Analyst to join our team. The Inventory Control Analyst will be an essential position in implementing and monitoring procedures to manage and communicate online, wholesale, retail and event inventory stock levels across all sales channels. The position will assist management in the development and implementation of a formal program to audit all areas related to inventory movement for integrity and accuracy and will be responsible for providing the accounting, production and logistics teams constant visibility to inventory levels.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Develop, implement, and monitor all key policies and procedures around inventory management of landed product that provide all necessary parties with appropriate information in an accurate and timely manner
      • Provide accounting, production and logistics teams constant visibility to inventory levels
      • Manage e-commerce analysis / data entry; update website stock quantities and backorder language
      • Inform outbound logistics and customer service teams of ship dates and delays in product receipts
      • Communicate production plans and ship dates to inbound logistics team
      • Make stock decisions on availability to online, wholesale, & flagship store for ship dates based off production plans/purchase orders
      • Coordinate a cycle count program in a perpetual inventory environment; analyze results of cycle counts to identify necessary recounts and processes to be monitored and provide regular reports on the results.
      • Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions.  
      • Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to operational procedures to proactively optimize overall location and item level accuracy and maintain the highest possible productivity levels.  
      • Manage ordering of two smaller product categories and deliver ordering reports to the Director of Merchandising
      • Troubleshoot all personalized order problems from time of receipt.
      • Monitor personalized order returns, provide reporting and ensures quick returns.
      • Perform shipping reconciliation and reimbursement
      • Manage on order / receiving reporting to inform ordering/backorder logic
      • Perform ad hoc analysis projects
      • Will be an active resource in the implementation of a new inventory management system

      Your Background:

      • BA/BS Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics or related field required
      • Advanced MS Excel and MS Word user; experience with report writing database tools a plus
      • Proven problem solving abilities and analytical skills   
      • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills  
      • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
      • Ability to work independently
