    Digital Marketing, PPC & Ecommerce Support Specialist:

    We are growing and looking to hire a Digital Marketing, PPC and Ecommerce Support Specialist. This position is responsible for acting on our strategy for customer experience and digital marketing. It includes building, managing and optimizing paid online ad campaigns. We seek a dedicated problem-solver who delivers on a deadline with a nose for profitability. The ideal candidate is analytical, excellent at listening, thrives on discovering meaningful insights, respectful, organized and intellectually curious. This position is fulltime and located in our Nashville, TN office.

    What You’ll Do:

    • 70% Online Marketing, 30% Ecommerce Project Management and Support
    • Day-to-day tactical execution of online ad campaigns within the marketing guidelines set by, and reporting to, the Ecommerce Director
    • Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Adwords, Bind Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads
    • Build, manage, monitor and optimize campaigns, particularly display and search
    • Target and exceed minimum levels of performance on ad portfolio performance metrics like CPA and ROI
    • Keyword research
    • SEO
    • Bid management, including custom rules and local and schedule-based bid adjustments
    • Local ads for our new Nashville Flagship Store
    • Continually monitor + analyze analytics platforms
    • Data-based optimizations and recommendations
    • Performance reports with recommendations for improvements based upon data analysis
    • Discover actionable data insights for other teams like social media, customer service and website optimization (e.g., landing pages)
    • Forecast and report on online ad budgets
    • Build out campaigns from the ground up
    • Research new ad channels and website features and app
    • Create Standard Operating Procedures as they pertain to things like PPC
    • Participate in team project meetings
    • Organize each day to maximize efficiency, with a laser focus on profitability
    • Accept other delegated tasks as needed in the Ecommerce Department, which may include ecommerce platform and website support, working with our developer, and “app” research

    Your Background:

    • Google Sheets is the butter to your toast (can write formulas, create graphs, apply filters, and then some)
    • Intermediate working knowledge of Google Analytics and Adwords (certification a plus), where you have tracked campaigns using UTM parameters, created event funnels, and created custom reports (with specific KPI’s) such as CPA models, mobile usage, time of day, and referrals.
    • Used Facebook Business Advertising to target custom and lookalike audiences and analyzed the performance of specific image and audience demographic response to an ad
    • You’ve more than heard of advertising management platforms like Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, Bing, Pinterest and Twitter Ads, you’ve used some or all of them to make someone go ‘huh, that’s a really good point!’
    • When you got the email from Google about the new Data Studio you quickly read more about it
    • You’ve reviewed Google Webmaster Tools periodically
    • You have experience achieving a desired CPA (and know what that means without googling it right now)
    • 1-3 years experience managing online advertising campaigns
    • Meaningful ecommerce platform (i.e., Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.) experience
    • Intermediate+ understanding of match types on campaign performance, including use of match types in negative keywords
    • Can produce concise, thoughtful ad copy without spelling/grammar errors and demonstrate creativity in crafting short but effective calls to action
    • Knowledge of a quality landing page
    • Knowledge of A/B and perchance even multivariate testing techniques
    • Have created reports on your work that make people whose eyes normally glaze over when they see data go, ‘oh, so that’s helpful’
    • Ability to use data to figure out provable reasons for changes in performance
    • You’ve found yourself reading about online ecommerce trends, best practices and emerging technologies even though you don’t have to
