Wholesale Fulfillment Assistant

We are currently searching for a Wholesale Fulfillment Assistant to join our team. This position will assist the Outbound Logistics department in fulfilling orders for our wholesale sales channel.

 Main responsibilities include:

  • ​Pick and pack wholesale orders​ with utmost efficiency
  • Organize and package event inventory
  • Verify each order for accuracy
  • Process customer invoices / payments
  • Operate inventory systems with accuracy
  • Assist with customer service as needed
  • Practice clear communication with team members

Director of Logistics & Warehousing

As FASHIONABLE, INC. continues to expand our global operations, the need to strategically manage inbound and outbound logistics as well as warehousing functions is of the highest importance. We are looking for a Director of Logistics and Warehousing who will develop and manage all strategic and tactical aspects of global logistics operations and support services... and also likes tacos.

What you'll do:  

  • Set the vision, strategic direction, expectations, annual and long-term objectives for logistics and warehouse operations
  • Develop processes for and oversee management of shipping and receiving
  • Manage transportation plans, annual freight budget and develop and administer programs to determine the most advantageous and economical methods of shipment for company products
  • Implement department activities, policies and practices to meet or exceed key performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop strong partnerships with all front office functions to include Purchasing, Sales, Accounting/Finance, Customer Experience, and Marketing and support new product development activities as related to freight and logistics
  • Implement best practice warehouse design to optimize space, via racking design and other alternatives, to maximize labor productivity
  • Analyze anticipated growth against capacities to maintain and ensure proper storage, receiving, and shipping capabilities for present and future business
  • Ensure contingency policies, systems and practices are in place to prevent and eliminate business disruption
  • Champion efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures and assist with implementation of changes within areas of responsibility
  • Manage carrier relationships and contract negotiation and monitor volume commitment per contract
  • Collaborate  with warehouse personnel to analyze trends, implement new technologies and drive overall performance in an effort to maximize on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, reduce costs, compress lead times, improve efficiencies and implement corrective actions to resolve any issues
  • Partner with US customs and support their processes to ensure needs of the company are consistently met and restrictions understood

 Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in retail/wholesale supply chain management and distribution
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing and inventory management procedures
  • Outstanding leadership traits to include superior written, communication, problem solving, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and implementation of continuous improvement practices
  • Ability to operate strategically, while understanding the tactical implications of decisions
  • Ability to work across global, matrixed organizations, sharing and learning best practices and balancing global and local needs and impact at all levels
  • Superior negotiation and analytical skills, and financial acumen
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Shopify, Shipstation, Fishbowl & other appropriate softwares
