Return Policy: We will gladly accept returns for up to 30 days after your purchase. We will only accept items that have not been used, worn or washed. *Personalized products, including stamped jewelry and engraved leather and jewelry, cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product has a manufacturing defect.* Discounted items purchased at events are not returnable.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days of purchase for any unused product. You will need to specify what you would like instead. There may be an exchange fee for shipping and handling. In addition, the item you wish to exchange for may be out of stock or discontinued. Once you have returned the original to us and it is received and processed, we will ship the replacement item. Please make sure your shipping address is clearly indicated.
