Our Return Policy
Free returns. Free exchanges. We will gladly accept returns for up to 30 days after your order ships for items that have not been used, worn, or washed. Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment used during purchase. When returning a gift without the original receipt, you’ll receive your refund on an ABLE Gift Card via email.
Any purchases made between November 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 will be eligible for a full refund or exchange for 60 days after the purchase date. We want you to shop with confidence during this Holiday season!
To return or exchange an item, please click here to be taken to our Return + Exchange Center (US domestic returns only, see below for international returns). We also process online returns in person at our flagship store located at 5022 Centennial Blvd. Nashville, TN 37209.
Allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse.
Flagship Store Purchases
Flagship Returns can be processed by mail for items purchased within 30 days. Please be sure to include proof of purchase and reason for return and mail the item(s) back using your own insured traceable method to ABLE Returns, 5022 Centennial Blvd, Nashville, TN 37209.
We’ve designed our bags to have a place in your life for years, and we want to equip you with what you need to make that a reality. If your ABLE leather item experiences a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it up to one year after purchase. Leather goods have a one year guarantee against defects with materials or craftsmanship. ABLE’s limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident or abuse, and/or improper or inadequate fit once a product has been worn and/or used. Please note that due to the nature of our leathers, our footwear and handbags are not waterproof. If we are unable to replace an item due to it being out of stock, we will offer reimbursement for repair or store credit to purchase something of equal value. *Not applicable on items purchased from our Warehouse Sale. Items online marked as final sale or purchased at Warehouse Sales are final sale & not returnable.
Personalized products, including stamped jewelry and leather, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our online free exchanges are only for the same item for a different size or color. If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, please initiate a return on our returns and exchanges center and place a new separate order.
International Returns and Exchanges can be processed by mail within 45 days of purchase. Please be sure to include proof of purchase and reason for return and mail the item(s) back using your own insured traceable method to ABLE Returns, 5022 Centennial Blvd, Nashville, TN 37209.
