Returns + Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns for up to 90 days after your purchase has shipped. We will only accept items that have not been used, worn or washed and that still have tags.  There is a $6 Return Fee to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment used during purchase.

To return or exchange an item, please click here to be taken to our Return + Exchange Center (US domestic returns only, see below for international returns). We also process online returns in person at our flagship store located at 5022 Centennial Blvd. Nashville, TN 37209.

Allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse.

Flagship Store Purchases

Flagship Returns can be processed by mail for items purchased within 90 days. Please be sure to include proof of purchase and reason for return and mail the item(s) back using your own insured traceable method to ABLE Returns, 5022 Centennial Blvd, Nashville, TN 37208.

Lifetime Leather Guarantee

We know you love your bag and we want you to be together forever. If your ABLE leather item experiences a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it for the life of the product.  Please email support for more details.

Final Sale

Items online marked as final sale or purchased at Warehouse Sales are final sale & not returnable.

Personalized Product

Personalized products, including stamped jewelry and leather, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Our online free exchanges are only for the same item for a different size or color. If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, please initiate a return on our returns and exchanges center and place a new separate order. If you send the new order # to support, we will retroactively waive the return fee for you.

International Returns
