ABLE is growing our Planning team and we are searching for an associate to help build and manage our category assortments. We are a rapidly growing fashion brand with a mission of creating sustainable business opportunities for women both locally and globally. Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Buying, Planning, or Distribution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in learning and applying the statistical components of the business (IMU%, MD%, GM%, selloff, WOS, etc.) and open-to-buy process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and Create all products within internal systems
  • Manage assortment sheets for buyers and planners
  • Maintain photo libraries of samples
  • Maintain retail pricing structure that aligns with company’s strategy and considers relevant competitors
  • Analyze and interpret company sales data to inform merchandising decisions
  • Analyze and calculate needed actions on inventory purchases
  • Keep our customer’s best interest at the core of all decisions
  • Present assortment opportunities to design team
