About the Brand Partnerships Coordinator

Brand Partnerships are an integral part of ABLE’s business. From affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns to PR to product collaborations, this role will support our Partnerships team with day-to-day execution and operations. This job will be based in Nashville, Tennessee.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage all day-to-day partnership operations (emails, invoicing, budget tracking, influencer activity, etc.), working closely with the team leads to carry on the relationship rapport 
  • Manage and scale affiliate program (inbound and outbound)
  • Organize and create efficient processes within the fulfillment, gifting and inbound divisions of the team
  • Own all brand partnerships gifting and fulfillment requests, including returns and press boxes
  • Execute partnerships campaigns based on set strategies and tasks from the larger team
  • Source and manage content creators based on set strategies 
  • Assist in brainstorms and cross-functional department planning, collaborating with partnerships, marketing, and design to develop strategic and creative ideas to manage and grow the partnerships program
  • Assist on Flagship store visits, hosting influencers and partners at gifting appointments
  • Assisting in contract reviews and development for existing partners
  • Support other marketing departments, including on-set photoshoot support and event operations 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: entry level
  • Highly organized with strong planning skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • An account management mindset – understands how to nurture relationships while staying on top of all the details along the way 
  • A creative and strategic thinker – knows how to balance the two in day-to-day execution
  • A collaborative spirit – values a teamwork approach and is passionate about working together to bring a story to life across multiple platforms
  • A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to take initiative and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity in setting KPIs and determining success in campaigns and in projects 
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to articulate compelling narratives
